To train more workers, companies turn to virtual reality

In the coming decades, the use of VR headsets seems to be the future for workplace learning. Companies like Walmart, Fidelity Investments, and Accenture have recently been participating in using the 360-degree experience to allow employees to perceive different scenarios they might find themselves in. The simulations focus on switching the perspective of the employee to the customer, with interactive questions that push the employee to figure out the best course of action. So far, the VR training has shown to improve the performance of employees while also saving time.
