Video: At least 31 dead in horrific California wildfires, hundreds missing

Fires continue to rage across California. At least 30 individuals have lost their lives to this disaster, and thousands of homes have been destroyed. The video footage here shows much of the damage done already, and reporters discuss what is still to come.
