Texas Church Shooting Leaves at Least 26 Dead, Officials Say

A gunman opened fire in a small Baptist Church in rural Texas, where at least 25 people have been confirmed dead. With a town population in the low hundreds, this mass shooting accounted for roughly 7% of the town’s population. In response, the hospital has activated its emergency response team, to account for the massive influx of patients suffering from life threatening injuries.
