NBC- There Are Spot Shortages in EpiPens, What Should You Do?

Currently, there is a shortage in EpiPens, an adrenaline shot to be administered in a life-threatening situation of anaphylactic shock. This shortage is supposed to be short term, however those who carry this product should check the expiration date to see if it soon expires. If so, there are some other brands on the market, however they may involve a different administering technique. This may prompt a switch to other brands of adrenaline shot such as Auvi-Q because of this shortage, as well as recent malfunctions with EpiPen during use during an emergency.
