North Dakota Adopts Statewide Cybersecurity Approach

North Dakota legislature signed Senate Bill 2110, authorizing a new approach to cybersecurity in the state. With this new law, the state’s Information Technology Department now has the authority to define cybersecurity for everything in the state. Officials believe this will be able to close security gaps previously present.
