NPR: Defense Department Releases Names of Three U.S. Casualties in Syria Attack


On January 16th, a suicide bombing by ISIS in Northern Syria killed around fifteen people. It occurred in a restaurant that frequently had American visitors, bringing to question the intention of the attack and if it was targeting the United States.
